Its a sad thought, in some minds

some people think learning hurts. like in the allegory of the cave, but its ok. they have sunglasses for those kinds of people. their brand name is ignorance. A very idiotic girl, once said to me recently "ignorance is bliss, but knowledge is power" Really i ask you, if this is so, why do we elect leaders that are NOT the brighest people.. hmm? and how do you explain the stupid miserable people who are depressed because they dont know how not to be ignorant.
I'd argue that Ignorance is only bliss to the ignorant, and otherwise, a complete annoyance, because not only do they make such things called "no child left behind acts" for them, but then, the intellegent ones who are just ignorant to the "real world" are going to be Miserable adults, especially when they find out everything they hid themselves from is now costing them the misfortune of the "blinding of the sun" as they leave 'the cave'.
How can we go on knowing our country more and more everyday is growing more ignorant and yet also more powerful at the same time!?
im a little outraged. this blog might not make sense to you but to me, well.. its different.
